Blister pack cartoning

The APS Robotic TigerPak System from Automated Production Systems packs as many as 80 blister strips/min into cartons. The vision-guided robot locates strips in any orientation, including right-side-up or upside-down, then picks them using APS custom tooling and places them into waiting cartons. System also verifies proper pick-and-place of each product for validation and precise carton counts.
