Boxon, a packaging solutions provider, has introduced locally sourced industrial packaging solutions in Morocco, aiming to assist customers in enhancing their supply chains through shorter lead times, improved flexibility, and closer collaboration.
Boxon has moved to full operations, with a local warehouse and production setup in place. The expansion enables the company to offer standard and customized packaging solutions produced in Morocco and tailored to customer needs.
Thomas Le Boulzec, key account manager at Boxon, tells Packaging Insights: “Local production in Morocco will allow Boxon to increase delivery efficiency and availability of goods with a local warehouse that is our partner.”
“At the local warehouse, we’ll have articles from sources in stock from Morocco and Europe. Being present in Morocco will also allow Boxon to handle customs clearance, making it easier for its customers by offering delivered-at-place prices. This means that smaller customers, or customers that can handle customs themselves, will be able to purchase from Boxon.”
