* Make breakfast fun. A kid-friendly breakfast is a great way to get the whole family excited about mealtime. Create a pancake buffet with berries, sliced bananas, chopped nuts, and chocolate chips and let your family choose their favorite ingredients. Make sure to include a variety of toppings for the ultimate finishing touch. Include Hungry Jack Syrup, Smucker's Fruit Spreads, Jif Peanut Butter and whipped cream.
* Use up the box. Made too much pancake or waffle batter? Cook the extra, and then freeze for a quick heat-and-eat breakfast another day.
* Pancake pizza. Try this breakfast pizza idea for a fun change of pace in the morning, after school or for dinner. Make each person a large pancake to act as the crust and spread with Smucker's Strawberry Jam for pizza sauce. Everyone can add their own mock pizza toppings, such as shredded coconut "cheese" and banana slices.
