102.7 WEBN, Cincinnati’s Rock Station, announced a new partnership with Braxton Brewing Company to name its Short Fuse Grapefruit Pale Ale as the official beer of the 2017 Western & Southern / WEBN Fireworks. Short Fuse is brewed with Centennial, Cascade and Chinook hops for floral and citrus notes. Brewed with fresh grapefruit, this citrus pale ale pairs perfectly with the bright night sky. Checking in at 5% ABV and 50 IBU you can enjoy Short Fuse all summer long. The Official Boom Can Launch Party will be free and open to the public this Friday, July 07 from 3 – 7 p.m. at Braxton Brewery Company. The Official Launch Party will feature a live remote broadcast by WEBN’s The Kidd Chris Show. Attendees will be the first to be able to purchase six packs of the limited edition Pale Ale and try it on draft. In addition, attendees will be eligible for special giveaways with prizes including: VIP experiences at the Western & Southern / WEBN Fireworks, official fireworks t-shirts, and meet and greet opportunities with on-air personalities from 102.7 WEBN, iHeart Media Cincinnati and staff members from Braxton Brewery Company.
The grapefruit pale ale will also be available your local Kroger store, other retailers and bar/restaurants throughout greater Cincinnati starting Saturday, July 8. “The WEBN fireworks have been a part of the Rouse Family’s summer for as long as I can remember,” said Jake Rouse, Braxton Brewing Company Co-Founder & CEO. “For Braxton to be a part of the show is a dream come true.
