Two new grades of K-Resin® styrene-butadiene copolymer from Chevron Phillips are intended for use in sheet extrusion and thermoforming. K-Resin XK40 and XK41 SBC provide extruders and end-users with a clear, tough sheet that maintains the integrity of either shallow or deep draw thermoformed products such as cups, lids, blister-packs, portion packages, and single-service containers, company says.
