KLIKLOK Group member Lerner Burgess, of Hinckley, has unveiled a state-of-art wraparound corrugated casepacker following a major project investment. Based on a wraparound casepacker designed to accept cartons at speeds up to 360 packs/minute, the latest development, named the WACP, will be collating and casepacking frozen food products for a major US-based international food company. Operating at speeds up to 30 cases/minute, the machine's motion is mainly mechanical for consistency, reliability, and finished case accuracy and rigidity. Other features include easy-clean design, fast case and collation size change, a diagnostic system, and an easy-load bulk feed magazine for case blanks.
