6/8/2011 --- CoverMate has introduced an extra-large size of its popular stretch-to-fit foodservice covers that offer a convenient way to keep food fresh. The new size is designed to fit full and half-size hotel and catering pans, cafeteria trays, large serving bowls and platters. Since introducing the foodservice covers in 2010, CoverMate has added additional capacity, which has allowed for a 50% price reduction making CoverMate the most cost effective way to quickly cover food and keep it fresh.

The CoverMate foodservice line now includes four sizes making it the ideal solution for any foodservice need, fitting virtually every item in the commercial kitchen. The new extra-large size covers are packaged in easy-to-dispense 20 count sleeves and are sold 400 covers to a case.

The covers are made from heavy duty, clear FDA-compliant food-grade material, free of BPA and PVC.
