CROWN Risdon Sets Pace with Metal Components in Unique Racing Tire Design for ‘Daytona 500’ Fragrance for Men

08/09/06 CROWN Risdon has engineered a unique cap assembly mimicking a racing tire for the new ‘Daytona 500’ fragrance for men. The eye-catching cap resembles the tire, wheel and hub components found on a typical Daytona-type racecar. The assembly fits the scent’s 50 and 100-ml spray sizes, as well as the 50 and 100-ml splash versions. The new fragrance is from Elizabeth Arden.
CROWN Risdon uses a black TPE elastomer rubber material to replicate the look and feel of the racecar tire that is also embossed with the ‘Daytona 500’ logo. An anodized round red metal piece, like a rim, fits into the top of the cap assembly, within the circumference of the ‘tire,’ to give the appearance of a wheel cover held on by lug nuts. The scent’s metal actuator pokes through the ‘wheel’s’ center opening, resembling a hub. To complete the package, CROWN Risdon has fashioned an anodized bright clear decorative metal disc-collar affixed to the top of the glass bottle.
