MULTIPLE TAMPER EVIDENCE This three part injection-moulded product offers improved tamper evident security through &'149 a tamper evident overcap – can be retained for protecting drink surface. &'149 a tamper evident body component &'149 an induction seal over the bottle neck – which keeps the contents fresher. The tamper evident bands are retained on both the overcap and pourer body. MANY FEATURES The Self-Piercing Sipper Cap is perfect for sports drinks and everyday thirst quenching beverages. To ensure liquid flow is unimpeded, a second click keeps the slider open. A single start thread and secondary inner seal ensure the cap seals again after initial opening. The Self-Piercing Sipper Cap is 38mm in size and is available in a range of colours and the slider component can be supplied in the same or contrasting colour. A polished finish really highlights the colours. The slider and overcap are produced from polypropylene and the body is in polyethylene. Developed for fill temperatures of up to 85ºC, the Self-Piercing ‘Easyflow’ Sipper Cap is ideal for PET bottles and can be applied using a pick and place capping system. .
