Exceptional New Glass Packaging For Tomatin
The multi award winning Tomatin Distillery has recently revealed an exceptional new glass bottle for its core range of Single Malt whiskies expertly manufactured and decorated by the passionate craftsmen at Allied Glass. Originally designed by Pocket Rocket Creative, the packaging concept was created to generate a new look and feel whilst capturing the proposition of the ‘softer side of the Highlands.’
The multi award winning Tomatin Distillery has recently revealed an exceptional new glass bottle for its core range of Single Malt whiskies expertly manufactured and decorated by the passionate craftsmen at Allied Glass. Originally designed by Pocket Rocket Creative, the packaging concept was created to generate a new look and feel whilst capturing the proposition of the ‘softer side of the Highlands.’ To reflect this glass bottle was completely redesigned, the original tall slender shape being replaced with a shorter, broader profile.
Jennifer Masson, Marketing Manager at Tomatin Distillery Company said: “We are thrilled that we can share our new rebranded packaging with the market. We have been investing in the brand to demonstrate our values, people and distillery which make Tomatin - the unique place that it is. The packaging is the last step in this process and the location in particular has been a key influence in the design. The smooth Monadhliath mountains which surround the distillery have been moulded into the bottle shape and also form a continual scene of the Highlands on the core range cartons when placed side by side.”

These are exciting times and we are all truly proud to see the beginning of a new look and feel for Tomatin Distillery.” The back of the white flint bottle is also intricately embossed with a refined and more contemporary version of the original Tomatin crest which features an ornate boar’s head and two decorative lions to reflect the quality and tradition of the brand.
