FirmaPak, a manufacturer of blow-molded packaging solutions, has acquired Easy Plastic Containers Corporation, a Canadian blow-molder of plastic bottles with applications in the health and beauty, F&B, pharmaceutical, industrial, and automotive industries.
Easy Plastics offers custom and stock packaging solutions from two manufacturing facilities near Toronto, Canada. The acquisition aims to broaden FirmaPak’s capabilities in personal care and pharmaceutical packaging and strengthen customer relationships.

Expanding geographic footprint
Recently, FirmaPak relocated its facility to a larger building in New Castle, US. The facility offers increased production capacity, additional warehouse space, and more loading docks. As part of its relocation plan, FirmaPak is also investing in new machines, including a new 6-cavity, 2-stage PET machine for higher-volume projects.
FirmaPak now owns Container Services and Apex Plastics, which operate under the FirmaPak name, as well as Lighthouse Packaging, which joined FirmaPak last year.
With the addition of Easy Plastics, FirmaPak operates manufacturing facilities in Canada as well as in the US states, namely Kansas, Missouri, Pennsylvania, and California.
