FLEXcon Introduces New Graphic Advertising for Outdoor Walkways

FLEXcon introduces New Graphic Advertising for Outdoor Walkways, designed to adhere to challenging outdoor walking surfaces, including asphalt and concrete sidewalks. This new product is ideal for use in all outdoor floor advertising for convenience stores, fast food restaurants and other outdoor advertising applications. The New Graphic Advertising for Outdoor Walkways System is comprised of a base film and an overlaminate. 

FLEXcon introduces New Graphic Advertising for Outdoor Walkways, designed to adhere to challenging outdoor walking surfaces, including asphalt and concrete sidewalks. This new product is ideal for use in all outdoor floor advertising for convenience stores, fast food restaurants and other outdoor advertising applications. The New Graphic Advertising for Outdoor Walkways System is comprised of a base film and an overlaminate. The 4 mil flexible white opaque vinyl base film, FLEXmark V 400 F White Opaque, provides excellent cover-up and whiteness when applied over various outdoor floor surfaces, resists tearing and abrasion and provides excellent printability with UV screen inks. Topcoats are also available for compatibility with a wide variety of ink systems. The white opaque vinyl is coated with A-367, an aggressive permanent/removable adhesive system that ensures the graphic will remain intact for the life of the promotion, and still be cleanly removable after the promotion. This base film is backed with a 90 lb. polycoated moisture-stable layflat release liner that offers efficient converting. This vinyl base film is designed to be overlaminated with a 25 mil Frosty Clear Pebble embossed overlaminating vinyl, FLEXmark OV 2500 Frosty Clear Pebble. This frosty clear vinyl is coated with V-29, a permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive that offers good clarity and is designed to provide a good bond and excellent shear, which is critical for durability under heavy foot traffic; and is backed with a 71 lb. bleached white mando release liner. This FLEXmark overlaminate protects the printed graphic and provides a frosty clear pebble finish. FLEXcon’s New Graphic Advertising for Outdoor Walkways System meets industry safety standards for non-slip performance (ASTM D 2047 and ASTM E 303), ensuring a safe walking surface.
