Ideal for products such as yoghurt, desserts, ice cream and noodles, U10 SealTM is a molded ring with a built-in utensil (spoon, fork or other), assembled together with peelable in mold label that seals the package creating an entire and more sustainable package that is operationally friendly, as no additional steps are required during the filling process.

The U10 SealTM is ultrasonically welded to the container post filling, resulting in a hermetically sealed package, with integrated spoon and tamper-evident lid. The U10SealTM could include the utensils of choice: spoons, forks or even a combination of both, it eliminates handling of heat seal roll stock scrap, it is recyclable, it reduces energy consumption by 80% vs traditional heat sealing, and it offers different options to decorate the label with custom graphics.
