The new Contour™ hinge closure allows the flip lid to go back more than 170 deg, thus staying out of the way of the product being dispensed. The hinge and closure then springs back into place at the user's discretion. Like the name describes, the contour hinge closure contours to the recessed hinge in the cap with no protrusions.
