With a new skid design, GEA Refrigeration Technologies has adapted its 11-kVA ice generator for a great number of application areas in the food industries.
This new solution delivers flake ice for the fishing and bakery industries, and for meat processing. The ice generator consists of components that have been compactly and efficiently assembled on a skid, ready for connection.
In this configuration, a GEA Geneglace F90 ice generator, a GEA Bock HGX34e compressor, and a GEA Searle MSA 124 35 condenser offer daily output of up to 2,000 kg of flake ice with a thickness of 2 mm.
