Induction Sealing Foil

A new induction foil has been developed that overcomes the problem of weak sealing at the tab. The new foil has a non conductive tab thereby ensuring that the induction energy field stays on the sealing area. This foil is now available in reel format for use with the Relco FCS direct induction sealers.

A new induction foil has been developed that overcomes the problem of weak sealing at the tab. The new foil has a non conductive tab thereby ensuring that the induction energy field stays on the sealing area. This foil is now available in reel format for use with the Relco FCS direct induction sealers. These sealers eliminate the need for foil lined closures by sealing the container before capping. This can have cost saving for the foil but also in the material content of the closure.
