Innovia Films is a major manufacturer of Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene (BOPP) and Cellulose substrates and has production sites in the UK, USA, Australia and Belgium, coupled with a comprehensive network of agents and sales offices, including a team based in Bergheim, Germany.
 
“At FachPack 2012 Innovia Films showcased the full range supplied to converters, brand-owners and end-users, including new options for high barrier and coated BOPP (Propafilm™) and the compostable cellulose-based (NatureFlex™) products. Their films become part of the packaging, labelling or overwrap solution for some of the world’s best known brands across a wide variety of everyday consumer goods.  These include chocolates, perfume, cheese, teabags, shampoo, cigarettes, beer and biscuits,” explained Holger Eschenburg, Sales Manager, Germany.
 
One of many recent successes in Germany is their NatureFlex™ film being used to wrap organic Lebensbaum Tea produced by Ulrich Walter GmbH.
