Kinnikinnick Foods, Edmonton, AB, unveils completely revamped packaging for its entire line of gluten-free baking mixes. The new red-and-white boxes feature baked food images as well as the company’s “gluten free has never tasted so good” tagline.
Featuring gluten-free flours such as white rice flour and defatted soy flour, the mixes include Pancake & Waffle, Angel Food Cake, Chocolate Cake, White Cake, KinniKwik Bread and Bun, and All Purpose Flour Blend. The line is available at select health food and traditional grocery stores in both the US and Canada for a recommended retail price of $4.99.
