Loma Systems introduces the new IQ+ FreeFall metal detection system for gravity-fed applications.
Designed for free-flowing products such as powders, grains and cereals, the IQ+ FreeFall features a full-color, icon-driven control panel. That panel comes preinstalled with an operator’s manual in multiple languages, ethernet and USB port connectivity, and built-in system reporting to meet HACCP and other quality assurance standards.
The metal detector can be automatically calibrated, even under production conditions when the product is constantly flowing through it. The compact design is flexible for installation into existing processing lines.
Available in standard sizes of 4-, 6- and 8-in pipe diameters, the IQ+ FreeFall offers maximum flow rates from six to 24 tons per hour.
