MARS Refuel, the top selling milk drink in impulse, has unveiled eye catching new packs for its 1 litre carton, 330ml bottle and popular 400ml bottle with Sports Cap.

The striking new designs feature a milk splash to clearly communicate the drink’s milk content.

The packs also feature a distinctive ‘Cash for your Club’ logo which promotes the phenomenally successful MARS Refuel Drink Fund. Returning for the fourth year, the fund will be donating grants to sports clubs, associations and individuals.

Bep Dhaliwal, trade communications manager for Mars comments: “MARS Refuel has carved a great position for itself, not only as a tasty milk drink, but also as a sports recovery drink and the new packs will give it excellent stand out on shelf.

“The MARS Refuel Drink Fund is returning by popular demand. The fund is dedicated to the development of grass roots sports and individuals which makes it the perfect vehicle to communicate MARS Refuel drink’s sports recovery properties. With the new pack designs and the relaunch of the MARS Refuel Drink Fund retailers can expect a surge of interest and sales in the range.”

The MARS Refuel Drink Fund will run from April 2 until September 31 2011. Applications can be made online at the Mars Refuel website offering support with anything from equipment and travel costs, to improving training grounds and club houses.

Mars Refuel drink is a great source of protein, carbohydrate, calcium and vitamin B. It’s the milk goodness in Mars Refuel drink that provides the optimum 4:1 ratio of carbohydrate to protein that helps people to go 50% longer.

MARS Refuel drink is available in a 1litre family pack, a 330ml bottle and in a popular 400ml bottle with Sports Cap.
