M&G’s ActiTUF Receives Recyclability Endorsement from Petcore

The M&G Group announces that Petcore’s Expert Evaluation Committee, which includes experts from a number of European national collection agencies, has given full recyclability endorsement to ActiTUF resins for all coloured bottle applications and a provisional endorsement, lasting two years, for ActiTUF resins for clear and light blue applications.

The M&G Group announces that Petcore’s Expert Evaluation Committee, which includes experts from a number of European national collection agencies, has given full recyclability endorsement to ActiTUF resins for all coloured bottle applications and a provisional endorsement, lasting two years, for ActiTUF resins for clear and light blue applications. After a series of extensive studies, Petcore, Europe’s independent industry association dedicated to promoting and supporting PET recycling, determined that ActiTUF resins do not adversely affect the ability to use recovered PET for typical secondary applications such as fibres, bottles and strapping and were therefore granted the above mentioned recyclability endorsement by Petcore.
