As much as 10% higher absorption is attributed to its intense mechanical mixing action, and higher absorption lowers the cost per pound of the dough batch. Mixing time is typically less than two minutes, ensuring consistent batches.
The mixer, capable of making 2,000 to 10,000 lb per hour, automatically discharges the dough in small chunks that can be delivered on conveyors to the downstream processing line.
