Natureflex™ Film Wraps German Vegan Chocolate Showcased At Fachpack 2015
German fine chocolate producer VIVANI (part of EcoFinia GmbH) has chosen Innovia Films’ NatureFlex™ films to wrap bars of iChoc, its latest range of Vegan Chocolate.
German fine chocolate producer VIVANI (part of EcoFinia GmbH) has chosen Innovia Films’ NatureFlex™ films to wrap bars of iChoc, its latest range of Vegan Chocolate. iChoc was successfully launched at BioFach and ISM (earlier this year) and will be showcased at Fachpack 2015 (29 September - 1 October) on the Innovia Films’ Stand (Hall 7, Stand 611 at the Nuremberg Messe).
Transparent NatureFlex™ NK film is made from renewable and compostable cellulose (wood pulp). The film offers barrier protection against Mineral Oil (MOSH/MOAH), aroma and water vapour – ensuring the dairy free chocolate remains in premium condition.
Joachim Janz, Innovia Films Sales Account Manager explained, “NatureFlex™ NK is the ideal choice for this application as it provides not only the necessary barrier required for chocolate, but also offers good machinability for packing. Customers now have the option of using a compostable non-metallised packaging film to keep their products in premium condition.”
The Vivani iChoc range is available in four varieties: White Nougat Crisp, Choco Cookie, White Vanilla, Almond Orange. The raw ingredients are certified 100% organic, produced using rice milk instead of cows’ milk and there are no artificial colours or emulsifiers added.
