Douglas’ new Axiom Series Case/Tray Packers incorporate next generation electronic motion control technology to maximize machine flexibility, speed, and simplicity. The Axiom Series’ features a rugged platform, contributes to greater line efficiency by dramatenhancing changeover repeatability and simplifying fault detection and recovery. Electronic motion contrtechnology simplifies future product size additions. Tinnovative design also incorporates durablesteel frames and nearly 50 percent fewer components resulting in fewer replacement parts, reducmaintenance and sanitation, and small footprints. The Axiom operates at speeds to 45 cases or trays per minute (application dependent). A variety of options are offered, including the patent-pending Velocity High-Speed Product Stacker. The Velocity provides continuous product flow to 600 products per minute (application dependent). Axiom Series case packers are backed by Douglas’ exclusive three year limited warranty.
