21/02/08 Consumers have chosen the new Central Lechera Asturiana carton Product of the Year 2008. The prize awards the effort of the company in terms of innovation after reactivating the milk carton with the quality of Tetra Pak, a carton packaging leader.
It can be found in the supermarkets in a practical four-unit format for UHT milk in its three varieties. This new packaging is easier to transport and it is a reply to the flexibility needs of households nowadays. This non-dripping carton guarantees the freshness and quality of the product and it represents one step forward for the company’s creativity and innovation.
Several consumer studies about carton preferences gave the key: 51% of the consumers prefer Tetra Gemina to other cartons in different sizes. The top of the carton is white, in order to transmit freshness and better brand identification. Then there is a composition of sky and clouds which gives the carton naturalness, while evoking the brand’s emotional values with the green landscape.
