Tine Milk from organic farms now comes with a new design with images from Bygdø. - For TINE it is important to bring milk production closer to the people, says Hanne Refsholt.
Bygdø is one of 350 organic farms that supply milk to TINE. The farm is run by the Norwegian Folk Museum and both the monastery and the royal estate property have a history. Today sixty cows enjoy an urban country living that gives us fresh, organic quality milk. Bygdø were also among the 117 milk producers who this year received the silver award for delivering flawless milk of the highest quality for 15 years.
- Therefore we are extra proud when we launch the new cartons from organic farms. The new milk cartons pictures all the talented people who work on Bygdø and the cows that supply the good quality milk. For Bygdøy Royal Farm is not only the largest farm in Oslo, but also one of the very, very best in the country, says TINE, Hanne Refsholt.
A visit to the farm in cooperation with TINE means that it is a farm where you as a family with children can see and learn about agriculture, dairy farming and what being part of TINE's value chain means. The announcement of the new design was made at the opening of the new visitor yard on Bygdø, where among other things, the Undersecretary of Agriculture and Food, Hanne Maren Blåfjelldal, were present for the occasion.
