Tronics Pty Ltd presents a new range of shrink labellers for the new Avery Dennison Shrink PS packaging material that enables late-stage labelling of vacuum shrink bags.
The labelling equipment applies the pressure sensitive label to the shrinkable bags off-line or in-line prior to filling and vacuum sealing.
Avery Dennison’s Shrink PS was developed for the meat and dairy industries to provide an enhanced aesthetic appeal to the shelf-ready product and improve production costs.
Tronics shrink labellers offer several benefits including cost savings from eliminating the need for multiple sets of pre-printed vacuum shrink bags.
Companies need to only change labels instead of the bags when changing products on the packaging line, which is much more cost effective than stocking multiple sets of pre-printed vacuum shrink bags.
