Better Packages announces the introduction of Metallic Static Shield Polyethylene Tubing on a roll. Metallic Static Shield Poly Tubing allows users to create custom-sized poly bags that inhibit electrostatic discharge (ESD). Better Packages Metallic Static Shield Poly Tubing has been laboratory tested and meets or exceeds the electrical and physical requirements of MIL-PRF-81705D Type III and EIA 541 standards. This type of packaging is especially critical to protect electronics, switchboard apparatus, PC boards, transistors and other sensitive components from damage from electrostatic discharge. Better Packages Metallic Static Shield Poly Tubing joins a full line of rolled poly tubing, including clear, black and pink anti-static styles. When used with the Better Bagger 900e, Better Packages Poly Tubing can be cut and sealed to create custom, on-demand bags up to 8 inches wide and up to 99 inches long for a multitude of applications. Customization is also available to produce lengths up to 240 inches. The combination of the Better Bagger 900e and Better Packages Poly Tubing results in a system that can produce bags to satisfy over 80 percent of marketplace poly bag needs.
