Environmental concerns were high on the agenda when devising the new model and a range of new features has been installed accordingly.
The convention ovens feature a partial loading system, an auto-off function to ensure they do not continue to run when not in use, and temperature efficient maintenance.
Vanrooy are no doubt eager to receive their first shipment of the new convention ovens, which were officially launched at the Europain bakery trade show in Paris in March.
