The package has a peelable top seal, a spout opening and a film-wrapped drinking straw attached to the back. Featuring an eight-sided shape, the package is shelf-stable up to 12 months. Made of a seven-layer laminate, the Horizon Prisma incorporates (from the inside) a polyethylene food-contact layer/adhesive/foil/adhesive/paperboard/metallized oriented polypropylene print surface/PE. According to Horizon Organic, a fresh, cutting-edge look is created with the Prisma package, which differentiates the milk with the easy-to-hold, eight-sided shape and a size that appeals to both adults and kids.
