The Model VVI-200 vertical intermittent pouch machine from Rovema is a new vf/f/s system designed for applications typically associated with horizontal machines. With 10 patented features, it comes with fixed sealing jaws rotated 90° to produce and fill products into 3-sided, 4-sided, or Doyen-style stand-up pouches. Push-button changeover for new pouch size. Within this flexible changeover, 80- to 250-mm (35/32” x 95/6”) pouch heights and 50 to 200-mm (131/32” to 77/8”) pouch width can occur without forming set changes. Comes with an optional gas flushing mechanism.
