Pulsed light sterilization technology reaps award
10 Jul 2018 --- In a bid to combine economic growth with ecology, Claranor was created in 2004, committed to offering beverage, food and pharma industries a sustainable alternative to the conventional (chemical or irradiative) packaging sterilization methods: pulsed light sterilization. The technology has now been awarded by the Solar Impulse foundation as one of the 1000 “efficient solutions to change the world.”
Claranor's Pulsed Light technology eliminates mold, bacteria and viruses by emitting an extremely high-power flash of white light containing UV. It can be used for caps, cups and lids.
