Qualvis’ New Selection Pack Increases Sales For Twisting Spirits

Qualvis Print & Packaging a leading carton manufacturer has produced distinctive new gift packaging for Oxfordshire-based craft gin micro-distillery, Twisting Spirits. The selection gift pack, comprising 3 x 20cl bottles, was created to showcase three flavors - Douglas-Fir, Kaffir Lime & Lemongrass and Earl Grey.

The selection gift pack, comprising 3 x 20cl bottles, was created to showcase three flavors - Douglas-Fir, Kaffir Lime & Lemongrass and Earl Grey. In maintaining consistency with the distillers’ brand identity, the pack complements the original bottle designs. Twisting Spirits’ Mary Bateman said: “I used social media to research carton manufacturers for our new gift pack and Qualvis were recommended to me. Having made contact and progressed the project, I found that the team at Qualvis were great to work with, taking the time to explain the design and production process which was all new to me.

“We are very happy with the resulting design and the gift packs have proved to be very popular and helped to increase sales of our 20cl bottles.” The artwork for the selection pack was produced by Qualvis Innovations, Qualvis’ co-located design studio, and then printed by the firm’s digital offering. In providing an end-to-end single source for graphics, design, production, finishing and print, Twisting Spirits were able to benefit from Qualvis’ highly efficient, 360 production capabilities. “This was an exciting project for they all to collaborate on,” commented Qualvis’ Richard Pacey.

“Specifically, the detailed structure of the 3 bespoke glass bottles gave they a few challenges in designing a structural format that would be both aesthetically pleasing and enhance the brand, but also support the product through the whole supply chain. I feel we have successfully overcome the challenges to deliver a brand enhancing gift pack that has boosted market share for our client.” Based in Leicester, Qualvis Print & Packaging specialise in high-end print and packaging for the food, cosmetic, multimedia, horticulture and DIY/household markets.
