Reading Bakery streamlines filled pretzel stick production
The Pretzel Filled Stick Extrusion System from Reading Bakery Systems can dispense a variety of soft fillings such as cheese, peanut butter or chocolate. The system includes a Low Pressure Extruder and pump systems that combine raw batches of dough and dough filling into a specially shaped filled rope. The extruder forces dough into a compression head, where it flows around a nozzle that releases the filling.
