14 Sep 2012 --- Revlon, a renowned global A-brand in the cosmetics market, has chosen Plasticum’s Jessica for their successful brand Charlie. This Integrated Spray actuator has been adopted for the aerosol body fragrances, fitting into the company’s vision of “glamour, excitement and innovation through high-quality products at affordable prices”. The products are being introduced in the UK market and other European markets.

Extensive tests showed excellent results and fine spray patterns of the different floral fragrances. The target audience is the young, self-confident and independent woman.
Jessica is a horizontal spray actuator that is fitted with the patented Integrated Spray (IS) technology, designed and developed by Plasticum. These IS products consist of only one piece. The insert – usually a separate part – has been completely integrated in the actuator. By adapting the orifice to the formulation a wide range of different spray patterns are possible, depending on the requirements.
The one-piece products are environmentally friendly and recyclable as one part. Jessica is commercially available in 35 mm and other diameters are in progress. The actuator can be supplied with different over caps, varying from straight to domed designs to customise the product and create a premium shelf appearance.
