The CTM 360 RW label applicator features a customized head to fit each application, transponder type and frequency. The read/write head inspects each transponder at the point of label application to ensure its viability. Labels with defective transponders are detected and discarded. Acceptable transponder labels are then immediately written to with real-time information and are tamp-blown-applied. Capable of applying 60 to 80 labels/min, the unit eliminates the need for advance programming and maintaining a large stock of transponder-embedded material.
