RPC Bebo Creates New Ready Meal Packs for Serbian Food Firm Kompanija Takovo

27 Jun 2012 --- Leading Serbian food manufacturer Kompanija Takovo a.d. has repackaged its range of Premium ready meals in multi-layer Royale bowls from RPC Bebo UK in order to meet the growing demand for quality convenience foods in the Serbian market.
The new packs have replaced tin cans to provide a format that combines long ambient shelf life with maximum consumer convenience.
The meals are filled and retorted in the Royale bowls and the packs’ PP/EVOH/PP construction, with the EVOH layer providing an effective barrier against oxygen ingress, delivers an extended shelf life of up to 12 months.
The bowls are microwaveable or can be pan heated. The attractive, robust and practical design allows the meal to be consumed directly from the container while handles either side provide ease of use during cooking and serving. Strong flanges ensure easy peelablity of the sealing film.
