Tetra Pak has unscrambled the secret of safe frozen eggs for the foodservice sector in a new product packed in Tetra Rex 1-litre cartons and distributed by Framptons. Frozen Easy Eggs can be kept in the freezer for up to a year and the Tetra Rex 1-litre cartons, which hold 1kg or the equivalent of 20 medium eggs, take up 60% less storage space than the equivalent quantity in shells.
