The PA 217 is a hand operated machine for heat sealing film and board lids to compatible preformed containers. It can be used with reel fed film and pre-cut lids. The high seal force generated by the hand operated toggle action provides exceptional consistency of seal quality in a bench mounted model designed to give a low cost entry into heat sealing production

The PA 217 is a hand operated machine for heat sealing film and board lids to compatible preformed containers. It can be used with reel fed film and pre-cut lids. The high seal force generated by the hand operated toggle action provides exceptional consistency of seal quality in a bench mounted model designed to give a low cost entry into heat sealing production. The operator puts the tray in the base tool, then places the film or lid over the container opening. The top tool is brought down by lowering the handle to form a seal and trim excess film from the container. Sealed containers are removed from the base tool by the operator.
