27/06/08 TibuRon addresses some of the latest consumer trends to create a premium quality and great value ‘ready to serve’ range of rum based Batidas (cocktails).

Available in three appealing varieties, TibuRon Mango and TibuRon Pomegranate are both made with 30% of the finest fruit juice, whilst TibuRon Coconut has a real tropical taste with a delicious creamy finish.

TibuRon is targeted at 18-35 year olds and has been created as a direct response to mass-market consumer trends.

At just 14.7% abv, the Batidas are designed to be sipped over ice so meet consumer demand for more lighter and relaxed drinking options. Additionally, the rum flavour is unique to the sector and takes advantage of the increasing interest in the spirit.

Uniquely for this sector and accessible price point, the range has enforced its premium quality credentials with some prestigious awards; TibuRon Mango recently won a Silver Medal at the International Wine & Spirits Competition 2008, whilst TibuRon Coconut achieved a Bronze Medal (TibuRon Pomegranate had not been developed in time to enter).
