Unifiller is pleased to announce their newest depositor, the iSpot, a compact, mobile and user friendly depositor for the food and bakery industry.
The iSpot depositor, from Unifiller Systems, allows operators to draw and portion smooth flow-able products directly from bowl or pail without any heavy lifting; and deposit directly into tins, pans and onto products. Ideal for random and targeted depositing, the iSpot comes with a 1” hand held nozzle with a 5 feet food grade sanitary hose that takes all standard bakery tips. The iSpot, a compact, portable and easy to use depositor, fits containers up to 23” inches in depth. An optional pail shelf helps to keep containers off the floor, avoiding floor contaminants.
Operators can deposit up to 150 deposits a minute (based on portion size and product consistency) of 0.3 to 7.5 oz (9 ml to 220 ml) depending on product cylinder. The iSpot, a great cross functional machine, can be used on various products including batter, fillings, mouse, icing, sauces and more.
According to Martin Riis, Product Specialist at Unifiller Systems, "The iSpot was launched at IBA World Market for Baking this year and international interest in the depositor was encouraging. We also ran rigorous testing of the machine with some of our customers prior to launch. Many have already integrated the machine into their production process! It's just that easy to use."
