The VersaPak™ line of unit-dose plastic thermoform/fill/seal containers is Unicep Packaging’s new, cost-effective solution for packaging liquids, gels, lotions, creams, and semi-solids. Versatile containers offer choice of film types, hundreds of product applications, a wide range of design options, and sizes ranging from 3 mL to 45 mL with any fill level available within that range. Single and multilayer film choices include PVC/PE, PVC/PVDC/PE, PET/PE, PS/PE, and PS/EVOH/PE. Typical applications include pharmaceuticals, veterinary, cosmetics and personal care, and chemical products. VersaPak can also be formed to duplicate full-sized signature products.
