Organic foods represent one of the fastest growing categories in the grocery industry, recording an 18 per cent growth last year, according to the Natural Marketing Institute. VIP plans to begin marketing the new line of organic vegetables that will be available later this summer. The initial launch will include organic sweet corn, organic sweet peas, organic mixed vegetables, and organic broccoli cuts. US-based VIP Foods, which has been in existence for 36 years, markets of frozen foods in the US and globally. The company has 150 products in its portfolio, including frozen vegetables, fruits, blends, pie and tart shells, smoothie mixes and entrees.
