Now the Dutch firm is targeting the UK retail, schools and events markets with its plastic water pouch.

The SmartPack, which was developed in conjunction with water cooler supplier Dolphin, is aimed at consumers interested in health and convenience, the company said. It is suited to high volume sales such as in stadiums. Its 'tear and sip' feature reduces the amount of material used, and makes it easy to dispose of after use. It can also be branded for specific applications.
