Normally powered by a supplied AC/DC power adaptor, full portable operation of the SK Wet Area Scales can also achieved by fitting 6 x D cell batteries for up to 1200 hours of cordless operation. An auto power off function eliminates battery drain when the scales are not being used and is complemented by a low battery indicator to warn the operator when the scales need recharging.
