Wheaties FUEL(R), a cereal created to help fuel the performance of active individuals, has issued a limited-edition commemorative package honoring 2011 baseball champion Albert Pujols, following his team's big victory this week. The limited-edition Albert Pujols Wheaties FUEL box will be available exclusively in St. Louis at just six grocery stores, beginning this Saturday at 8 a.m. The box can be purchased, while supplies last, at select retailers including the following Schnucks locations:
Pujols' strong play helped lead his team to the championship, including a historic Game Three performance in which he hit three home runs and collected six RBIs en route to his team's 16-7 victory.
Pujols previously was honored on the original Wheaties box in 2005, and is one of five athletes who helped co-create Wheaties FUEL. The whole grain, fiber, b vitamins, and simple and complex carbohydrates in Wheaties FUEL help give active individuals, like Pujols, the nutrition needed to stay active.
The limited-edition Albert Pujols Wheaties FUEL box marks an especially exclusive offer for the iconic Wheaties brand.
