Jindal Films is a global leader in the development and manufacture of specialty biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP or OPP) films. The Jindal Films product range includes multi-layer clear, white opaque and metalized films along with water-based coated films. While Jindal Films products are deployed in various end-use applications, the main market segments for our products are Flexible Packaging and Labeling.

Flexible Packaging

Within Flexible Packaging, Jindal Films provides OPP products that lead the market in terms of barrier to moisture, oxygen, and flavor & aroma. These barriers protect package contents and extend the shelf-life of consumer products so our customers can expand their product distribution channels, reduce stales and keep products tasting ‘first day fresh’. Our barrier technology is available in our range of Bicor™ (clear), Metallyte™ and Oppalyte™ films.

Jindal Films also provides OPP films with enhanced sealant capability. For example our low temperature sealant coatings, such as Bicorâ„¢ LTSC and Bicorâ„¢ VLTS films, provide robust sealant technology to allow increased machine speeds and consistent sealability on a wide range of high speed horizontal form-fill-seal (HFFS) equipment. Jindal Films also has Enhanced Sealant (ES) OPP films that approach hermaticity and provide amongst the strongest seals available in OPP films on the market.

Labeling

No matter what decorating technology you use, Jindal Films has a film solution for your labeling needs. Our Label-Lyteâ„¢Pressure Sensitive (PS) Facestocks films provide print surfaces that are robust across a wide range of printing and ink technologies. Label-Lyteâ„¢ PS facestocks provide backside surfaces that are receptive to a wide range of PS adhesives including hot melt, permanent, removable and repositionable. Label-Lyteâ„¢ PS facestocks are available in clear films for a no-label look or in white opaque and metallized films to meet every decorative need.

If your container requires a shrink label, Jindal Films can meet your need. Our ROSO films provide a Roll-On-Shrink-On label that shrinks in the machine direction. Jindal Films also provides the newest technology in shrink sleeve applications – our 50TD200 film that provides up to 50% shrink on standard sleeve and seaming equipment. This exciting new label film separates from PET bottles and floats so that PET can be collected and recycled without film and ink contamination.

Jindal Films also has Label-Lyteâ„¢ films for glue-applied label applications. Films for Roll-Fed bottle labels are available in clear, white and metal versions. Jindal Films also has films designed for litho print patch labels in hot melt Cut & Stack applications.
