Berry Plastics Acquires Rollpak Corporation

27/04/07 Berry Plastics Corporation, an Apollo Management VI, L.P. and Graham Partners II, L.P., portfolio company announced that it has acquired 100% of the outstanding common stock of Rollpak Acquisition Corporation a flexible film manufacturer located in Goshen, Indiana. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The purchase price was funded utilizing existing Berry Plastics credit facilities and funds generated by operations.
