EDV Packaging Makes The Design Of Fugini’s Jam

Fugini Alimentos, a leading Brasilian Company in the food industry, has worked in collaboration with EDV Packaging, a Spanish company providing food protection packaging, to develop the packaging of Fugini's jam. The 130 g of jam, available in the three different flavours of strawberry, guava and grape, are contained in a new single-serve plastic cup.

27 Feb 2013 --- The cup is made by PP/EVOH/PP, it is hermetically thermosealed with a flexible peelable aluminium foil and it is entirely decorated. The entire design is provided by a reclosable injected lid, a spoon and the sleeve with the brand out to personalize the cup and strengthen its image.
The cup has been designed to prevent alteration of food, and to guarantee a long preservation with an oxygen barrier, aromas and moistures last up to 15 months after the hot filling process, without needing to refrigerate it. 

The jam, largely appreciated on the Brazilian market where it was been launched in November 2012, had the opportunity to be introduced to new market segments, being the jam considered as a dessert or snack and eaten everywhere and at any time.
