The Management Model Eroski Group established by the fruit of the collaboration over the past three years with Indra, is policy-based productivity and continuous improvement, supported in applications developed for this purpose, and integrated with innovative high-value items for business processes, and procedures for activities at points of sale, standards of operations taking place at these points, sizing criteria generation templates or work schedules to staff the centers.
The aim of the agreement now is the extent of this management model, and associated applications, the entire network of outlets in the supermarket business of the group, some 550 sites about the flags belonging to Eroski / center and Eroski / City, present in different geographical locations, regional and local in Spain. In total 25,000, people in the organization will benefit from this new system.
In addition, to carry out the improvement, has created a technical office staff comprised of both Indra and the Eroski Group, covering the maintenance of the model and applications, supporting the extension of the same, facilitating control resources and efficiency in management.
